How many sessions can I store with each level?
Here is a chart that is based on a large session of 3mb.
What if I don't have Photoshop?
Photoshop is recommended but not required. Any photo editing program
should work as long as you can make thumbnails.
What if I don't have a website and don't plan on
getting one?
We can still set up a portal for you to have your clients log-in at.
We will still match the style of the proofing area to your color scheme
and logo.
How secure are my orders?
All of the orders are kept under a secure area of the website and
encrypted with an SSL certificate. All of the standard programming
techniques have been used.
How long does it take to get an account set up
once I have decided I would like to sign up?
We will typically have an account set up within 2-4 business days.
In some instances even the same day!
What makes ProofPod.com any different from

We worked with photographers just like you who were frustrated with
their existing providers. We took every request into careful consideration
and created a very simple to use tool that gives photographers complete
control, confidence and more time to do what you are best at- taking

Can I use ProofPod.com with my current website?
Yes, ProofPod.com links from your website. During setup, extra steps
are taken to maintain the look and feel of your website.
Does ProofPod.com provide me with e-mail accounts?
If you choose to have your website hosted with ProofPod.com we
can provide your e-mail needs. E-mail accounts are not included with our
web proofing solution.
How are credit cards processed?
ProofPod.com does not process credit cards. We provide access
to customers' order information.
What if I lose my username and password?
Simply send an e-mail to support@proofpod.com and we will get you back
up and running.
What if I forget my customers' login information.
Your customers' login is always the name of the directory you assigned
to contain their photos. |
